Once your application is complete, we kindly ask that original signature copies be mailed or dropped off at CFAB.

If you’d like us to begin reviewing your application sooner, you may email a copy in the meantime.

If you already have a CFAB Loan and would like to request a Loan Modification, please contact your Loan Officer or CFAB directly.

A Loan Correspondent is an individual or business who helps applicants fill out their loan applications. CFAB has several Loan Correspondents throughout the state available to assist you. They are not CFAB employees, nor do they have any authority regarding your loan’s approval. Your loan application will be processed in the same manner whether you use a Loan Correspondent or not.
