For a new loan request, please choose the appropriate loan application below.

Once your application is complete, remit the completed Loan Application, along with the items listed on the checklist to CFAB.

If you already have a CFAB Loan and would like to request a Loan Modification, please contact your Loan Officer or CFAB directly.

Loan Correspondents

A Loan Correspondent is an individual or business who helps applicants fill out their loan applications. CFAB has several Loan Correspondents throughout the state available to assist you. They are not CFAB employees, nor do they have any authority regarding your loan’s approval. Your loan application will be processed in the same manner whether you use a Loan Correspondent or not. Any fee charged by the Loan Correspondent is their fee and for their benefit. Please contact us with questions. Our Loan Correspondents are listed below.
