CFAB Scholarship Fund
Since 2010, CFAB has supported the education and training of young Alaskans through our annual scholarship program. In partnership with the Alaska Community Foundation, CFAB contributes to the CFAB Scholarship Fund, helping the next generation of Alaskans pursue studies related to our core industries.
In 2025, CFAB’s partner lender, CoBank, generously matched our $15,000 contribution, doubling the fund’s impact.

Western Alaska Donation Fund
In fall of 2025, powerful storms fueled by the remnants of Typhoon Halong caused devastating flooding and wind damage across Western Alaska. Entire villages in the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta, Norton Sound, and Bering Strait regions faced destroyed homes, damaged infrastructure, and prolonged displacement.
In response, local leaders and organizations partnered with the Alaska Community Foundation to establish the Western Alaska Donation Fund, providing immediate relief and long-term rebuilding support for affected communities.
CFAB is proud to have joined other Alaska-based organizations in supporting this vital recovery effort, helping ensure that relief resources reach the families and communities who need them most.
